A quick and filling smoothie to get you through a busy morning! This is my go to smoothie recently that I make in the morning and take with me on the go! This recipe is full of delicious but also beneficial ingredients to your health. I try to include all the different protein powders and seeds into one morning drink. Recipe
1 frozen Banana
1 cup of frozen Blueberries
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup coconut milk yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides powder
1 scoop powder peanut butter
2-3 tsp chia seeds
2-3 tsp flaxseeds
