This recipe is a great way to help meet dietary and nutritional needs, but will leave your taste buds dancing! Simple and easy is the name of the game with this smoothie bowl! Recipe
- 1 Cup of plant milk of choice
- 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
- Half an avocado (optional)
- Big Handful of Spinach
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- Teaspoon of Honey or Agave
Toppings
- Banana
- Granola of Choice
- Coconut Shavings
- More Honey (extra sweetness)
- Scoop of Almond Butter (optional)
