In order to make this delicious filing smoothie these are the things you will need-
- a blender
- a glass (I use a quart size mason jar)
- 10 or so frozen strawberries
- one banana
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (I use daiya plain or vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 cup to a cup of milk (I use cashew unsweetened milk)
- chia seeds
- a dash of cinnamon
- vanilla healthy skoop protein powder
